Director of Property Management
Mrs. Ocampo is responsible for overseeing the operation of Polaris’ multifamily portfolio across Southern California. She plays a chief role in helping position the company as a premier property management firm and leader in LA’s multifamily housing industry. Mrs. Ocampo has over ten years experience in the multifamily industry and is a licensed real-estate agent. Prior to joining Polaris, she spent six years as a multi-site manager assisting in administrative operations and accounts receivable for 2,200 units.
Debra is responsible for managing operations for a dedicated portfolio of MWest’s multifamily assets in California. Mrs. Haro has over ten years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Polaris, she spent six years managing large, multi-site apartment communities for Laramar Group
Head of Maintenance
Jerry Diaz manages the maintenance, unit upgrades, and elevator contracts and upgrades for MWest Holdings’ owned and Polaris-managed portfolio across Southern California. Jerry has been with MWest since 2016, and brings extensive experience in new multi-family home developments, from off-site work to managing and sustaining HOA (Homeowner Associations) relationships, providing exceptional depth to his position.
Area Maintenance Supervisor
Mr. Guardado is responsible for overseeing and supervising all maintenance staff in the Los Angeles portfolio for Polaris Property Management. Mr. White comes to Polaris with over 21 years of experience within the multifamily industry, and has worked on a portfolio ranging from garden style apartment communities to high-rise office buildings within the US and abroad.
Director of Capital Projects
Mr. Pawlowicz is responsible for the capital projects group at Polaris Property Management, where he is responsible for the design and construction of the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Pawlowicz worked within project management, construction and architecture, which provides him insight into all areas of the development cycle, where he has successfully completed over 70 Projects. Mr. Pawlowicz received a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and Technology BSC (with honors) from Coventry University in the UK.
Construction Project Manager
Pietro Rovelli is responsible for managing ongoing construction projects and creating supply chains for the Polaris-managed multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining Polaris, he previously worked as an architect for Pica + Sullivan in Los Angeles and was a real estate analyst at FedEx in their headquarters in Amsterdam. Mr. Rovelli received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan in Italy and his master’s degree in real estate from Delft University in the Netherlands.
Associate Construction Project Manager
Poorva Garg is responsible for managing various capital projects for Polaris, including entitlements, design, and construction management and has been with MWest since 2019. Prior to joining Polaris, she worked as an architect at Jamison Properties LP and MAKE Architecture, focusing on mixed-use and multi-family projects. Ms. Garg received her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).
Mr. Kokkales leads all facets of marketing for Polaris Property Management. Prior to joining Polaris, he previously worked as the Marketing Strategy Manager at Cottage Inn Management, developing growth strategies for a 50+ unit franchise chain. Mr. Kokkales received his bachelor’s degree in marketing (with honors) from Western Michigan University.
